On 2 October 2025, Széchenyi István University hosted an interactive lecture entitled “Communication interculturelle en contexte plurilingue: écriture créative” (Intercultural communication in a multilingual context: creative writing), organised with the participation of two guest professors from France, as well as associate professor, Dr. Lőrincz Ildikó. Isabelle Audras, professor at the University of Le Mans, and Florence Lacroix, professor at the University of Nantes, had the opportunity to visit Győr and Széchenyi István University as part of the project HCB-2025-2026-000026, Hubert Curien-Balaton.

The lecture was dedicated to the topic of creative writing in a multilingual context and allowed students to take a fresh look at the use of foreign languages as a means of self-expression. During the lecture, participants learned about the concept of plurilingualism, completed practical tasks, shared their thoughts, and were able to write their own ‘language portraits’ - short texts about themselves in one or more languages.

The class took place in a lively and creative atmosphere, using a pluralistic translingual approach that involves all languages known of the audience, including French, Hungarian, and English , which allowed all participants to actively engage in the process. According to the students, the meeting was an inspiring experience and an excellent opportunity to practice French with native speakers.

The students expressed their gratitude to the guests for their visit and emphasized that they had gained motivation to continue studying the language and French culture.

Une intervention interactive sur l'écriture créative a eu lieu à l'université Széchenyi István avec la participation de professeurs françaises

Le 2 octobre 2025, l'université Széchenyi István a accueilli une intervention interactive intitulée “Communication interculturelle en contexte plurilingue: écriture créative”, organisée avec la participation de deux professeurs invitées de France, ainsi que de la professeur associée,

Dr. Lőrincz Ildikó. Isabelle Audras, professeur à l'université du Mans, et Florence Lacroix, professeur à l'université de Nantes, ont eu l'occasion de visiter Győr et l'université Széchenyi István dans le cadre du projet HCB-2025-2026-000026, Hubert Curien-Balaton.

L'intervention était consacrée au thème de l'écriture créative dans un contexte multilingue et a permis aux étudiants de porter un regard nouveau sur l'utilisation des langues étrangères comme moyen d'expression personnelle. Au cours de l’intervention, les participants ont découvert le concept de plurilinguisme, ont réalisé des exercices pratiques, ont partagé leurs réflexions et ont pu rédiger leurs ‘portraits linguistiques’ - courts textes sur eux-mêmes dans une ou plusieurs langues.

L’intervention s'est déroulée dans une atmosphère vivante et créative, dans une approche plurielle translinguale  qui consiste à mettre en oeuvre toutes les langues connues par le public, dont le français, le hongrois et l'anglais, ce qui a permis à tous les participants de s'impliquer activement dans le processus. Selon les étudiants, cette rencontre a été une expérience inspirante et une excellente occasion de pratiquer le français avec des locutrices natives.

Les étudiants ont remercié les invitées pour leur visite et ont souligné qu'ils avaient reçu beaucoup de motivation pour poursuivre l'étude de la langue et de la culture françaises.

Nous espérons poursuivre cette coopération et organiser de nouveaux événements.
